How it works

Five steps, no surprises

Nothing here is designed to hurry you. Documents come before money, and the same person stays with you from the first call to registration.

  1. 01Day 0

    Tell us what you need

    Budget, whether you are building now or holding, and which side of town suits you. A ten-minute call saves three wasted site visits.

  2. 02Day 1–5

    Visit the actual site

    Not a sales office — the land itself, with the layout plan in hand. Outstation? We send video walkthroughs and live updates instead.

  3. 03Day 5–10

    Read every document first

    Title deed, mutation, conversion, layout sanction and the draft agreement — all of it, in advance, to take to your own lawyer.

  4. 04Day 10

    Book, and arrange finance

    We hold the plot on a booking amount and help arrange the home loan — the same team stays with you through sanction and disbursal.

  5. 05Day 30+

    Registration and handover

    Registration at the sub-registrar's office with our team present, and someone on the phone long after the housewarming.
