When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect only what the form asks for: your name, mobile number, email address, what you are looking for, your budget band and any message you add.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Basic, non-identifying server logs (page requested, timestamp, approximate region) are kept for security and performance purposes.

One reason: so a member of our sales team can respond to your enquiry and, if you want one, arrange a site visit.

• To keep a record of what we discussed, so you do not have to repeat yourself

By ticking the consent box on the enquiry form you agree to be contacted about that enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. That consent covers the enquiry itself — not marketing.

We do not add you to a bulk mailing list. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop, and we remove your details from the active pipeline.

Your enquiry is seen by the Fortune Infra sales team and, where relevant, the project or legal team handling the property you asked about. It is not shared with brokers, aggregators or other developers.

If you ask us to help arrange a home loan, we will share only what a lender needs, and only after telling you which lender and asking you first.

Active enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, plus twenty-four months. If you complete a purchase, transaction records are kept for the period Indian law requires.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a transaction record.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address below and we will respond within thirty days.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a single session flag so the intro animation does not replay on every page — that flag never leaves your device and identifies nothing.
